One of the challenges of Toucan Plaza is to try to surprise with a varied menu and a wide selection of revisited vegetarian and vegan pizzas. ​


The slow fermentation dough is prepared by hand by our artisan pizza maker. Thanks to the long rising time and the very low quantity of yeast, the dough gains in taste and digestibility.
